To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal.
We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners attached. However, products marked as Final Sale, items with more than a 20% discount, promotional freebies, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Items designated as exchange-only can only be exchanged for a different size or store credit.
If you purchased the Unlimited Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection during checkout, returns and exchanges will be free. This protection, available for full-price items, can be added at checkout for a fee starting at $3.36 depending on the order value. It covers free returns and exchanges and ensures that your package is protected in case it is lost or stolen during transit.
If you did not select this protection, you can still return or exchange your items, but a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange. You are allowed only one return or exchange per order, so please make your decision carefully.
Package Protection, which starts at $1.18, ensures that we will reship your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery.
Shipping protection pricing varies based on order value and destination. For domestic U.S. orders, protection can be purchased for as low as $3.36, with international rates depending on the shipping location.
For exchange-only items, you can still exchange them for free if you purchased the protection. If not, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
Exchanges can be made for the same item, a different size, or a new product. If you exchange for a new product and it costs less than the original item, you will receive the difference in store credit. If it costs more, you will receive an invoice for the additional amount.
Once your return is processed, please allow 5-9 business days for your exchange order to arrive.
For customers who purchased Unlimited Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection, there is the option to schedule a pickup for your return. This service is available for an additional fee of $6-$10, depending on your location.
Refunds will be processed once your return is received at our warehouse. If you chose store credit, it will be issued immediately upon processing. If you opted for a refund to your original payment method, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
We accept international returns, but customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. For customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, returns are free if package protection was selected during checkout. However, exchanges are not allowed on international orders. In these cases, you can request store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds or store credit will only be issued for the cost of the merchandise, excluding taxes, duties, or shipping charges.
You are not required to return the entire order if you only wish to return specific items. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If your order was incorrect, damaged, or defective, please email Dippindaisy@outlook.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged or incorrect items.
In some instances, returns may be rejected, especially if items have been worn, soiled, or if they were marked as final sale. In these cases, returned items will be donated.
If you used ShopPay, you must initiate the return through our returns portal. After processing, your ShopPay payments will be canceled, and any remaining installments will be voided.
If your cart includes only package protection and no other eligible items for free returns or exchanges, it means that your items are either final sale or on a discount greater than 20%, which makes them ineligible for free returns or exchanges.
